Our Projects
Our projects are built from Antigua and Barbuda with a wider SIDS lens. They focus on practical issues that affect small island economies, including local commerce, access to information, public service coordination, business visibility, and the systems needed to support development outcomes.
Yamdis
Yamdis is being developed as a local food and supplier visibility platform for Antigua and Barbuda. It focuses on farmers, small food producers, and SMEs with limited market reach.
The aim is to improve food accessibility, strengthen local supply networks, and support small-scale suppliers in a SIDS context.

Mingo
Mingo is a mobility systems project designed to strengthen access, coordination, and trust within Antigua and Barbuda’s transportation sector.
It uses digital infrastructure to improve local service delivery, support small transport businesses, and create a stronger foundation for future mobility innovation within the nation and wider SIDS.

VAC System
A civic service coordination framework designed to help public-facing offices capture community concerns, organize follow up, and strengthen communication with residents.
Built for SIDS realities, the system focuses on practical workflows, service records, issue tracking, and institutional memory.
